GENERAL TERMS:

-I only do commission work with clients who are 16 years of age or older. Fursuit commissions containing heads or bodysuits are restricted to 18 years or older. Direct sales (non-commission work) is fine with anyone 16 years or older. Clients 13-15 years old must have an adult parent/guardian handle the order for them. I do not do business with anyone under 13 years of age, with no exceptions.-Please keep all conversation on topic to the commission.-If you want changes in the commission, let me know as soon as possible. Once something has been approved, I will not go back to change it. For other changes, I will let you know if the change is possible, and we can discuss a compromise if/when necessary. Some changes may induce an additional fee.-I require an accurate reference of your character for all commissions. I currently do not take character design commissions (but if you are looking, I highly recommend princeslimey). However, I am able to work off of a text character description for an extra fee.-When commissioning, please specify any “special” requests, such as asking for frequent WIP photos, zero WIP photos, or anything else, BEFORE the commission, or as early as possible. I can't know what you want if you do not tell me. If I cannot comply with a request I will let you know.-For more information on specifics of what I’m willing to do, don’t hesitate to ask. I'm always open to trying new things and expanding my skills!

PAYMENT:

-Payment is done via Square in USD. Square accepts cards, CashApp, and more. You must be comfortable with supplying me with your email for payment and emergency contact purposes. I will never use your email for non-commission related purposes. Other payment methods can be discussed, but there is no guarantee I can or will accept them (For example, I do not have Venmo). Once a payment is made, the commission will be added to my queue, which is always publicly accessible here: Trello-I offer payment plans for all commissions if necessary. However, payment plans for commissions under $100 are subject to a 10% fee (this fee still applies if adding the fee makes the total over $100). For artwork, I require 50% up front and the other 50% after the sketch.-For fursuits, i require a minimum of 30% nonrefundable downpayment (that pays for materials). I am fairly flexible and the rest of the payment plan can be discussed, but must be completed in a timely manner (to be discussed per your commission). Payment plans that are not fully paid within that time frame without discussion beforehand will be cancelled. I will not finish or ship any fursuit until it has been fully paid for.

TURNAROUNDS:

-Turnaround depends on commission type and complexity. I do not typically offer hard deadlines, however I do offer rush orders for an additional rush fee (cost depends on time frame). The rush fee guarantees the commission gets to you on time. In the unlikely event I miss the deadline, you will be refunded the rush fee entirely.-For fursuits, typical commissions will be completed within a few months of receiving full payment. Less typical commissions will have a turn around time discussed in the beginning of the commission process.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

-If I am unable to complete your commission for a reason on my part, you will be fully refunded.-If you wish to cancel your commission, the amount you will receive depends on how much has been done. For artwork, the refund amount will be the total minus the value of what has been finished. For fursuits, you will also not receive the 30% nonrefundable downpayment, and the refund will be the 70% left minus the value of what has been finished. If significant progress has been made, I am happy to send you what is already finished.

SHIPPING:

-When shipping out physical items, you MUST provide me with an accurate address, with your LEGAL name. Using online aliases can get your package held or returned, and I am not responsible for any packages once they've left my hands.-Your shipping address must have the following format:
FIRST NAME LAST NAME
STREET ADDRESS
CITY, STATE, ZIPCODE
COUNTRY (if international)-Shipping costs are not included in any quote unless explicitly stated. Shipping varies widely depending on your location and the item you ordered. Exact shipping costs will be calculated after the item is completed, and will be billed at that time. I will not ship anything out until everything is paid off (ex payment plans paid in full as well as shipping paid).-If you want your item shipped via a different service (my default is whatever option is the cheapest for your item, which is usually USPS), let me know before paying for shipping costs, so I can upgrade it for you. You will have to cover the full upgrade cost.

RIGHTS:

-Once your art/item is received, you cannot remove my signature (if it is art). You also cannot claim the piece as your own (saying that you made/drew it). Credit is appreciated, which can be as simple as “made by ONÉGGIRI.”-All pictures of your commission (taken by me or others) can be used for promotional use by me unless otherwise previously agreed upon. Photographer will be credited when possible.-Commissioning me does not give you commercial rights to the piece. If you wish to profit off of it in any way (ex. reproductions as stickers, shirts, etc.), please contact me to discuss a commercial usage rights fee.

Hello! My name is Acey, and I am the solo artist behind everything here at ONÉGGIRI! I am a huge fan of anything anime or furry, which greatly influences my artworks to be a combination of my inspirations. I have been drawing all my life as soon as I was able to hold a pen, and I wouldn't be able to live without being able to create things! I've also been making fursuits since 2015, and later started selling fursuits in 2018! Recently, I've begun to design and manufacture my own merchandise, which I sell online and at conventions!I am based out of Washington State on the west coast of the USA :)

All headers written in the Trade Winds font should be fully lower case. All other text should follow normal capitalization rules.

Simplified Logo form. Use only when colors must be limited.
Colored Logo form. Should always be used. Keep in mind color contrast.As a logotype, "ONÉGGIRI" has tittles (dots on i's) added for clarity and legibility. These are made from the "." symbol in the Trade Winds font of the same font size, lined up with the angle of the "i's". This is not necessary to add in normal text.
"ONÉGGIRI" must always be written with the accented "É" character, unless the word processor in use does not support it, in which case it should only be written fully in upper case without the accent, like so: "ONEGGIRI".
